If blockage occurs, a technician will be required to resolve the issue, incurring a service fee of 3000THB at your expense. VERY IMPORTANT (No Smoking Indoors): Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited. Any detection of cigarette odor within the property will incur an additional cleaning fee of 6000THB / per room.
