Welcome to Villa Mimosa, your newly built luxury pool villa designed by Selected Residences for an unforgettable stay with family or friends. Each bedroom features a private bathroom and Samsung Smart TV for ultimate comfort and privacy. Experience a true sense of space and serenity with high ceiling and large glass windows, seamlessly connecting the outdoors with indoors: You can relax in the living room or your bedroom while keeping an eye on the kids playing in the pool. Unwind in the comfy living room, which feels instantly like home. Enjoy movie nights on the large 75" Smart TV, enhanced by an enjoyable Samsung sound system. High-speed WiFi throughout the house allow you to stay connected. The large, open-plan kitchen is well-organized, functional, and has everything you need to prepare fancy dinners or quick snacks. It features an XL fridge, an oven, a dishwasher, and top of the line Nespresso coffee machine. All four spacious bedrooms feature king-sized beds, direct pool access, and private ensuite bathrooms. For ultimate privacy, each suite is soundproof, has its own smart TV, a powerful hair dryer, and can be locked with a key. We can also arrange two single beds per room upon request. Your private 43.5m² outdoor pool is fully exposed to the sun all day and features a relaxing jacuzzi system. The pool has a gradual depth from 1.25m to 1.35m. For convenience, you'll find an outdoor shower and a separate toilet. Your own laundry area provides plenty of storage, a washing machine/dryer, a vacuum cleaner, and a multi-level clothes-drying rack. The entire villa will be yours to enjoy. The property is located in a secure residential area closed by a gate, and you will be provided with two remote controls. I will personally meet you at check-in to hand over the keys. Our villa is located in a new, peaceful residential area, offering a tranquil retreat that's still a very short drive to everything: **Nearby**: Just a 4-minute drive away, you'll find Villa Market, Makro, and Lotus Supermarket, along with a variety of restaurants. **Cafes & Beaches**: The island's most beautiful beaches, including Kata Beach and Nai Harn Beach, are just a 10-minute drive away. **Gym & Spa**: AKA Muay Thai is just 500m from the Villa And STAY Wellbeing Gym&Spa just 7mn drive We will always be available anytime during your stay so please feel free to reach out. RATES INCLUDE: *AMENITIES*: At your arrival, you will find complementary amenities such as Toothbrushes, Pool Towels,, Shower gel, Shampoo, snacks, water, hair dryer, Yoga mat, etc..So you don't need to carry these in your luggage ;-) *VILLA CLEANING*: The Villa is fully cleaned every four days, so you can spend more time relaxing :-) If you need an extra cleaning service than what is offered, it will simply come with additional charges, Please let me know your extra needs. by dropping me a message, and I will provide the price accordingly. *POOL CLEANING* The pool service comes 3 times per week ( Monday, Wednesday, and Friday), at around 12 o'clock, and the pool maintenance will take about 15 minutes each time. *BABY COT & CHAIR* Although infants and young children are welcome, you will not find baby equipment on the premises. We will arrange the baby chair and baby cot upon request. *BED SET UP* All rooms can be re-arranged with two single beds instead of one King Bed. Simply inform us at least 72 hours prior your check-in date. EARLY CHECK-IN: The check-in time is 3 pm. However, if you have any requests for your arrival time, please communicate with me in advance, and we will do my best to accommodate you :-) *ELECTRICITY* is included. We kindly ask you to be responsible and respectful of the environment by turning off the AC when you leave the Apartment. A security deposit of 10,000 THB (US$300) will be collected via credit card prior to check-in. This deposit will be returned to you within 7 days following check-out, provided no significant damages occurred
