We provide concierge services dedicated to addressing all your needs throughout your stay. The villa has 390 m² of living space with a 15-meter-long ultra-private pool. The whole building is without vis-à-vis, so it offers full privacy, making it the perfect place for a family or group of friends who want to reside in a discrete place yet be close to everything for a memorable stay in Phuket. The Villa offers a seamless blend of newly crafted antique Victorian furniture gracefully intertwined with modern amenities and decor, creating a unique ambiance of timeless elegance and contemporary comfort! Please let me know your extra needs. by dropping me a message, and I will provide the price accordingly. *Pool Cleaning* The pool service comes three times per week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday) at around 12 o'clock, and the pool maintenance will take about 15 minutes each time. *Baby Bed and Baby Chair* Although infants and young children are welcome, you will not find baby equipment on the premises. I can arrange one baby chair and one baby cot upon request. THE RATES EXCLUDE: - Electricity fee: The electricity fee is 7.50฿/unit(kWh). A photo from the meter will be taken upon your arrival ‎and at check out. You can always monitor your consumption by accessing the electricity meter box. The fee must be settled prior to your checkout. Please note that a security deposit of 10,000 THB is required in cash upon check-in. We kindly request payment in your local currency. This deposit will be fully refunded at the time of checkout, provided there are no damages to the villa. EARLY CHECK-IN: The check-in time is 3 pm. However, if you have any requests for your arrival time, please communicate with me in advance, and I will do my best to accommodate you :-)
