The check-in time is 3 pm. However, if you have any requests for your arrival time, please communicate with me in advance, and we will do my best to accommodate you :-)

*Electricity Guidelines*

Each villa includes an electricity allowance of 75 kWh per day, which comfortably covers normal usage.

Should consumption exceed this allowance, additional usage is charged at THB 7.50 per kWh. For transparency, our team records the electricity meter reading upon arrival and at check-out, and the meter box remains accessible for guests who wish to monitor their usage during their stay.

As air conditioning accounts for most electricity consumption, we simply encourage guests to switch it off when leaving the villa.
Any outstanding electricity balance must be settled prior to check-out

A security deposit of 10,000 THB (US$300) will be collected via credit card prior to check-in. 

This deposit will be returned to you within 7 days following check-out, provided no significant damages occurred
